Refund Policy

At The Lingerie Edit UK, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, the item should be returned within a further 14 days.

Returned items must be:

Unworn and unused
Unwashed
In their original condition
With all tags attached
Returned in the original packaging where applicable

Intimate Apparel & Hygiene

For hygiene reasons, certain intimate products may only be returned where any hygiene seal, protective strip or protective packaging remains intact and the item has not been worn beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it.

This may apply to products such as:

Knickers and briefs
Thongs
Bodysuits
Hosiery and stockings
Other intimate garments supplied with hygiene protection

Where a hygiene seal or protective strip has been removed or broken after delivery, we may be unable to accept the item for return unless it is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Postage

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or we have agreed otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been completed.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original delivery charges may only be refunded where required by applicable consumer law.

Non-Returnable Items

We may be unable to accept returns for:

Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery
Intimate garments where applicable hygiene protection has been removed
Hosiery that has been opened or worn where hygiene restrictions apply
Items returned outside the applicable return period, unless otherwise required by law
